職務内容

As the Global Sales Manager, you will focus on expanding business within large, globally-operating companies headquartered in Japan.

You will lead account strategy, develop trusted C-level relationships, and collaborate across functions to deliver value-aligned HCM solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic planning and sales execution for key Japan HQ accounts
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on business frameworks, go-to-market initiatives, and operational alignment
  • Driving growth through cross-functional collaboration with sales, delivery, and product team

理想の人材

You will be an accomplished sales or business leader with deep experience in the HCM, SaaS, or enterprise services space.

  • 7+ years of executive-level experience in sales, account management, or complex service delivery
  • A track record of driving large-scale enterprise business
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence key C-level stakeholders
  • Business Level English
