They strongly believe in being a people-led organization, with values that put forward their employees.職務内容Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, the primary focus of the role is to partner with the Senior Managing Director to deliver the strategic growth plan for the Japanese business. The role is specifically accountable for ensuring efficient and effective governance across all key business functions. Success in this role is achieved by working closely with the senior functional and operational leaders within the business.Partner with the business on strategic initiatives and provide commercial input/validation on board level/day to day operations.Develop a strong understanding of the business to contribute to the solving of key commercial issues and provide guidance to non-financially trained stakeholders. Provide expert insight and financial analysis to aid in key decision making.Responsible for leading/developing the finance, payroll, contractor services and office administration teams.Manage the country payroll and Contractor Services functions: ensuring that not only the basics are carried out over the permanent employees of the business but proactive management over contractors, a critical element of the Japan strategic plan.In-country point of contact with central finance function at Regional/Group Corporate Headquarters and coordinating with/engaging on relevant finance matters with the Regional Finance Director, APAC.Oversight over the financial and accounting function covering financial, management and statutory reporting to internal/external stakeholders.Work closely with global/regional stakeholders in managing and delivering strategic change programs. This role will include understanding, reviewing and assessing the impact of the change being implemented.理想の人材Qualified accountant from a recognized institution.10 years or more post-qualifying experience, engaging in a regional business with diverse stakeholders.Hands-on leader able to excel at strategic, tactical and operation-level. Must be willing to get into the detail and build relationships across the business.
