Job Description

  • Design and execute financing promotions and merchandising campaigns in collaboration with global and local teams.
  • Provide market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy and business decisions.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on key sales and customer metrics.
  • Train internal teams and external partners on financial merchandising and marketing tools.
  • Manage internal incentive and satisfaction programs for dealers and business units.
  • Lead and support regional marketing and customer experience projects aligned with global strategies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Is fluent in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
  • Has experience in marketing analytics, campaign planning, or business support roles.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
