Job Description



  • Develop and execute website strategy aligned with brand goals.


  • Oversee day-to-day web operations, including content updates and UX improvements.


  • Monitor site performance and use data to drive SEO and conversion strategies.


  • Plan and manage CRM campaigns, including email newsletters and segmentation.


  • Create and optimize CRM content to improve open/click rates and engagement.


  • Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversions, email KPIs) to inform decisions.


  • Partner with cross-functional teams (design, product, local markets) to align messaging and campaigns.

The Successful Applicant



  • Entry experience in digital marketing roles.


  • Solid understanding of web operations, Google Analytics/Ads, CRM tools, SEO/SEM.


  • Strong project management skills; able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.


  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.


  • Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.


  • (Nice to have): HTML/CSS knowledge, A/B testing experience, FMCG or APAC background.
